Locked out of Grizzleheim

When I port out of Baldur's grizzleheim to talk to the three traders I get locked out of the quest and can't talk to the traders. is there any fix to this or am I locked out of grizzleheim forever

Contact Support and see if they can help you; otherwise you'll have to wait until you're level 20 to return to Grizzleheim.

nvm false alarm. the portal back to it is just super hard to find. can we make a bit more obvious?
