I'm not sure if this is a general bug or just relevant to the area. The quest Nightwatch that leads to Nightwatch Tower has a bugged loading screen when trying to exit the zone manually. If I teleported out of the zone this glitch did not occur. It only occurs when trying to exit the zone from the entrance.
