I have two accounts, one membership the other crowns. I finally decided to try to link them, but I get the error the other is unavailable. Do I need to set something on the other account, or do both accounts need to have membership to be able to link them?

Thank you for the instructions. Whatever I tried by linking an existing account it stated I couldn't. So I will go through again following the instructions to see if I missed a step in the next few days. Of course now knowing they can't be unlinked, I may rethink my plan for that
