I am a life and i have the dual life blade jewel affixed and i have the vibrant chieftains helm or the crafted Wintertusk gear for level 56 and the hat gives a blade but they don't count as 2 different blades they are saying they are 3 of the same blades is this intentional if not can you please fix this

Item cards, ie the blue cards from gear, jewels, pets, etc of the same % do not stack and it is intended to be that way.
