I just tried to use the team up kiosk with a wizard that I level locked. I got a message saying this isn't allowed. Why would it not be allowed? Well, I use team up so I guess I can't use the level lock feature. I thought that might be a real help but apparently not. Can we get real level control for pvp purposes?
