I was in the Emporer's retreat and reached level 25. The portrait of Merle Ambrose came up and he said something important came for me. I had to log off and never made it to see him. When I logged back in I went to see him and he had no quest for me. A day later I was playing with my son and he reached level 25, went to see Ambrose after the prompt and got the quest. Is there a way I can reset the quest?
