We noticed a few players reporting that they've had trouble downloading the Root.wad file.
Please know that we have fixed the issue with this rather large file and we ask that you try to log in to Wizard101 the game again now that this has been addressed.
If you are still getting stuck at the root.wad file after the time on this post, please let us know.
I was able to log on this morning, i logged on one minute before the systems went down, saw the warning and quit. However today i have been trying log on and it wont let me, it keeps getting stuck at the ...ata/Housing-WorldData.wad file for some reason. Can anyone help? Thanks for your time

Gamma would this work? If the person went into the game fold on their computer and move or delete the problem WAD file, Then login to the game again, Will the file scan knotice the missing WAD file and replace it by re-downloading it? If so, try that. if not idk.
