King Uro Ahnic in Krokotopia not showing up

I try to walk in, and the dialogue shows, but I cant step into battle as his sprite or his assistants sprite isnt there, help?

With those few bosses at the end of Krok, sometimes after a person has defeated them they don't respawn for a few minutes. Just wait it out.
