A friend of mine today asked for some help with Katzenstein, but every time I tried to teleport to him I got the "full instance" message. So he exited the lab completely, met me in MB, and we entered the lab together. After getting separated, he was able to port to me, but I was unable to return the favor...kept getting the "full instance" message even though we were the only ones who entered at the same time and other people were able to port to me.
