Issue with storm accuracy and how it affects buffs
Storm accuracy spell is consumed by ice shield buff spell which doesn't make any sense considering it should only affect storm spells. I think this should be fixed so that it's not consumed by non-storm spells.
As a side note, although I understand why accuracy is consumed by 100% to hit spells, I think it's really silly that it's consumed when my accuracy has not been debuffed. This really should be set so it's only consumed when there is a chance for it to miss.
