I've recently discovered a really rare talent called 'Reinforce' which is a special aura that gives you +40% Damage outgoing and it says -40% Resistance. At first glance it looks like it adds damage to outgoing and adds resistance to incoming. However, I just got the talent on one of my pets and wanted to try it out only to notice it actually takes away 40% of your resistance away. So to my understanding now it seems that the spell deducts resistance and gives 40% outgoing damage. Is this how the spell is supposed to be? I'm concerned because this is such a rare talent and seem it could be really useful but then again it could possibly be worse than the berserk and frenzy aura.
It just wouldn't make sense to me if the spell takes away 40 resistance only to gain 40 outgoing damage.
