I was in marleybone in Hyde Park battling hooligans, my friend joined and suddenly i popped on my mount and gained control of my character. I have no idea what caused this.
Yeah that has definitely happened to me as well. I usually blame most things on my connection, and I say that this here is a connection problem, seeing as when this happened to me, it kicked me due to my connection very shortly after.
