My suggestion is to buy periods of time that people cannot teleport to you (you can turn it off, of course). This would be useful if you add a person you don't like, just to stay in contact ( WHY would you do that?); or if you want to train/farm alone.

Instead of just temporarily turning it off, you could toggle it for certain players.

Price would be:
20 Crowns: 30 minutes
25 Crowns: 1 hour
100 Crowns: 24 hours

There is no way I would ever pay additional money to temporarily fix with a game flaw that the designers are aware of and should be fixing themselves.

It would be a better idea just to give the option of disallowing ports from certain people period at any given time.
