I start up launcher and put username, and password and it load and i hit play fine, and it gets to the title screen where it says Wizard101. I press any button, or click anywhere and it should load my wizard character, but the problem is it won't load it, and i can't play, it gets stuck saying loading, and in the upper left corner of the screen shows the downloading icon, and says Cleric Boots 0% and i left it there loading but it just won't load, i have been trying to play for the last 2 hours but i can't it stays at loading, I close the window, and then start launcher again, but it stays again at loading and same thing.

A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of your computer hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.
To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run its course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.
