On my "Current Quests" icon, I try to press on the quests to get the actual quest on the bottom, and the arrow, but it doesn't work. I tried signing in and out and even switching to a different wizard. On the different wizard, it didn't work either. My settings are fine, it's just when I click on the quest, it doesn't even pop up on the bottom and the arrow doesn't appear.
I know you said your settings are fine, but it does not hurt to double check.
In your options under the tab for "game play options 1" there is a setting for Quest Helper, make sure it is turned on, if that does not work you probably have to contact support.
is your Quest Tracker enabled? you can turn it on and off so make sure it is On (ctrl+T toggles it on and off) then you should get your arrow on screen and in the quest log. You can also check by hitting Esc while in game to open up the game play Options menu - go to the 'gameplay options 1' icon on the top of the page and see if Quest Helper is On or Off.
