Hi, I fizzled with 25 percent accuracy even though the spell is 80 percent. I was in shrike so I don't know if that has anything to do with it but it doesn't say that it lowers accuracy so I don't know why I would fizzle. It just makes no sense and the game wasn't really friendly with me today so I guess it just wants me to lose.
