Would it be possible to be able to see a house before you purchase it, other than the pretty useless little thumbnail pic? 40K is a lot to spend on something that you (a) may not really want but don't know til you buy it and take a look and (b) can't sell for more than pennies on the dollar.
Since houses aren't like other items (dropped, found, won, whatever), why can't you get a bigger refund? What's the rationale?
I agree. Perhaps an instance that you can flip between the two types of houses, but not be able to place anything? Also, would not be able to have anyone teleport to you, so no free party rooms...
