i have the Grand Fortress in Dragonspyre, there is a room in it that can't be used, it has bars and you can only look in it, and if you go outside you can look down into it, can't even place anything outside over top of it. WHY is it like that, is there a trick to getting the bars to move to get in and put furniture in there ???
