NVM, I posted this, before I looked at the FAQ. The problem was I needed to put a zero in front of my four digit post code. From now on I'll look at the FAQ before I post.
Thanks KI for solving the problem of the billing address error. I am so happy I can buy crowns now. I managed to be lucky and buy cool gear for my characters from the Bazaar.
