So is it a bug or working as intended, but if you have received the teleport effect on one character you can no longer get it for any of your other characters? I was under the impression when you got it, it added to your account for all other characters on your account to be able to use. If its suppose to be able to be used on all your characters on your account then there is a bug as i can not. If its only for one character on your account, then why not make it possible to purchase on additional characters?
