Hey! So earlier today I redeemed my prize from the giveaway and before opening it, I re-purchased my membership, and when I went back to the game, the gift icon disappeared along with everything in it from the giveaway and my polarian suit and house from the bundle. Please Help
Did you try logging in again? (Go to char selection and press play again?) If that doesnt help then did you restart the Patch? (Wizard101 Graphical Client) If these didnt work, I'd contact Customer Support (Support@wizard101.com is what I think is their email.)
