gift gone

today i went to the actual game (not test)
and sent a gift from one of my accounts to the other.

i had gifting turned on for both accounts and triple checked it was the right person.

i sent a mount, the crowns got taken off the gifting account but the giftee account did not get the mount

i have logged off twice and gone to different areas.
still no gift.
how can i get my gift?
