so i bought a gift card and redeemed it for 1 month of wiz. it said after redeeming i'd get a turtle mount AND a pet. well, i've only received the pet. am i just mistaken or am i not receiving my gifts?? btw, i love my new pet. it's awesome!

hey there~ sounds like you may be mistaken; which card did you buy?
as far as i know, store-bought gift cards only give a pet. i looked up the available cards where i live, and none give a mount; i'm guessing you're in the u.s though, so i checked those too and there are no mounts with any of the store bought gift cards.
only the bundle cards have both mounts and pets (plus a house, a costume, etc.) in them; did you mean to buy one of those instead?
