hi um i tried messaging you about my problem with one of my couch potato's one of them somehow got stuck/glitched in a wall and its dying i cant harvest or take care of it properly all i can do is save it from death can i save the plant without destroying it it or is it possible if i could get a replacement my ticket number is #170727-000304 i dont know what to do with it can anyone please help i'm desperately trying to save my plant
Even if your plant dies, it's still there and can be revived once it manages to get removed from the wall.
Don't delete it! There is a spell called "revive" that can help your plant once things are fixed.
How long ago did you send in the ticket? If you sent it this weekend, please give them time to get to you and help. I know they are shorthanded on weekends, so you may get an answer on Monday.
