I just had to reinstall my game because after i downloaded the patch i couldnt access the game. I would type in my account details in the launcher then after i pressed enter it would run a quick patch then ask me to enter them again and again. so i uninstalled the game and redownloaded the exe and just at the end of the install i get "wizardlauncher.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"
