When I click the Wizard101 launcher it says: "Unable to launch game. Please download and run the Wizard101 launcher again" So I went to the website and downloaded the installer again but the same message comes up when I run the installer, PLEASE HELP!
First thing to do with any computer problem is reboot the computer. You'd be amazed at how often that fixes things.
If that doesn't work, you might try completely uninstalling Wizard101, then downloading and reinstalling the game like you're going to play it for the first time.
Last but not least, if neither of those options gets your game up and running, contact support by clicking "Help?" in the upper right hand corner. Hopefully they will get you sorted out.
