I noticed a lot of fizzling from all sides and I mean A LOT of fizzling. so I came up with the idea that maybe the wizard101 team made fizzles for pvp purposes? and MAYBE we can increase all schools chance of making the spell by 5% when they are fighting npcs and not humans.... just a thought please consider it people would love it.
