Last I checked, you're supposed to get your Loyalty Tokens at the start of every month. As I'm writing this, it's May 1st, and I have not received mine.
I believe this might be due to an issue with the system. If I'm correct, it only starts assigning rewards after it's been confirmed that your Membership has been renewed. If this is correct, those of us in the middle 1-Year Memberships will have to wait several months until our membership renews before we can obtain out first Tokens.
Whatever the issue is, it needs to be resolved. It's unfair to those of us with extended Membership periods.
