My game was working fine the day before. It did crash once, but I was able to log back in again without a problem. I went to log in and as soon as I press enter to log into the game, it doesn't get pass file progress logging in. I did the tracert command from the help section, and there's no asterisk. the reinstall didn't help either btw. Could someone assist me in getting passed this problem?
