I am currently crafting on my death wizard, and just finished crafting the required items for Felicia Worthington. When I go to turn it in, she still has the grey question mark above her head.
My quest says that the next objective is to talk to her, and my questing arrow is pointing directly at her.
Do you have the crafted objects in your backpack? I know sometimes I accidentally sell my crafted items to the Bazaar before I have a chance to turn in the quest, so there's a chance that happened. Even if you crafted all the items, all the items must be in your backpack to turn in the quest.
