I am currently in Emperor's Retreat right now as i post this, so here is the problem. I was disconnected due to inactivity and i was in the Frozen Lake. So i went back in the dungeon and i still had time to go back in and finish where i left off. So i went up to the door that leads to frozen lake, tried to pull the lever and it wouldn't let me. Please fix this, thought i'm not sure it is a bug. :(
