earth walkers sound and move off!!!

i got a pet for fun called the earthwalkers and it came with a move. when i tried the move the sound and movement timing where totally off by lot i was wondering if the staff of wizard101 could fix that.

I was about to post this massage.

He is right it is off the a whole 2 seconds, sound and hitting don't match.
