KI, Since KI updated the earn crowns video/ slideshow, Errors accrued such as a black screen comes up or I hit play and a circle goes around and around and doesn't play, or I watch a video to the end more than once and the message on top of the screen doesn't switch from " complete the offer and earn 10 crowns" to " you can now claim your reward" or it says " your crowns are on there way. I received no crowns.The error accrues at various times and it's getting worse. Today I watched 18 videos to the end. The messages says " your crowns are on there way" and I waited. I received no crowns . KI, please fix this. Thank you
