Dungeons missing "Team Up"

Actually trying some questing on my level 103 Wizard this afternoon.

The "Press 'X' to enter dialogue box" seems to be missing from every dungeon I've tried. Aquila and a few of the Olde Towne dungeons for sure.

Pressing 'X' still gets me access but the notification box and most importantly the "Team Up" button do not appear.

Help.
