Double Pet XP event does not double Pet XP given from quests.

Pretty much just the title.

I did a quest during the promotion and only got 4 exp, but pet snacks and other stuff was doubled.

I'm not sure if this is intended.

It does double xp earned from feeding unwanted gear to pets.
