Didn't get Honorary Engineer Badge?

I've finished all the main storyline in Marleybone and am now in Mooshu but I noticed I don't have the badge Honorary Engineer? A friend is also having the same problem

Hey there, that is strange, did you complete the quest “Bad News…” after defeating Meowiarty? This should award you the Honorary Engineer badge. Hope this helped!

I did but I don't have the badge
