Defeating Thulkir counting towards "Troll Patrol"

This is probably a very minor bug but, I had the quest "Troll Patrol in my Current Quests and I noticed after defeating Thulkir BattleGloom, that I had gotten a collect item; a club for the quest "Troll Patrol".
