I may be missing something (it happens) but for some reason I can't find the rewards my wizard should have received from the Ice Deckathalon. I've looked in her backpack, the gift icon button, and spoke to Gamma (he had an !) above his head but he only told me about the crafting station.

Are you referring to the global rewards? If applicable, those are automatically awarded. For the individual rewards, you have to redeem those yourself.
