Crown Shop Glitch?

I just bought two 499 crowns bundle for 200 cat tails and I didn't even get it? What's going on Wizard101? I'm trying to put them in shared bank account for my ice account so he can craft. Is this a glitch. My cat tails literally aren't on any of my accounts, they just disappeared.
