cant start lemuria??

i just spent all day finishing karamelle and now I can't talk to the old one? he is standing at the back of the spiral door with an exclamation mark above his head and it says i can press x to talk to him but when I do it just slightly repositions my camera. looked all over and no one else has seemed to have this problem. not sure what to do

2 not sure if there is a minimum lvl but that could do that

if none of both solution worked i think you should contact the support

I would contact support. Sounds like the link was broken between quests.
