Can't PM other users

There is literally no longer a button for it on my wizard. I have no idea why and I'd really like some help. Thank you!

Are you sure?

Ensure you're clicking on the fellow wizard with the Text Chat Option.
You also may need to press the spacebar button before initiating convo.

If all that fails,

Contact KI in case you were muted or something.

If there’s not a button showing up, right click the characters name you want to PM and it will send it directly to that character if they are online. :)
