I was asked by tech support to post this problem. Every time I (Alex Soulmancer) or my other character ( Ian Firehunter) join a team through the "join a team" kiosk, we don't get any credit for the special events. This is duplicatable and hasn't been fixed.

The names of characters are noted above. I started noticing this about two or three days ago. I don't need any specific steps to reproduce the bug. I just don't get credit at the special events. I have waited for the person helped to finish. I tried both leaving through the door or simply logging to Wizard City, all to no avail. It still happens by the way.
