While farming Rasputin earlier today, I was tasked as a "blader" to give our storm as many blades as possible. However whenever I clicked on them after I selected the blade I was going to use, it wouldn't put the blade on. Instead it opened his character inspection screen. Has anyone else encountered this before? If yes is there an easy way to fix it? Thanks in advance!

That happened with me many times before, and it got extremely annoying as I became essentially useless during the fights. I had to close out of the game and log back in to fix it.
