Just what the title says. I know I purchased the area as I'm able to port into Lambent Fire's room and I've been able to go to the Catacombs and Crystal Cave before but for some reason the area in general is blocked off for me now unless I purchase Ghost Avalon too, which is strange since unless it changed I should already have on this account. Please help me out here.
Probably you should open a ticket with support. Maybe a recent update messed things up for you, or maybe they changed the zones. Either way, support is probably the best way to go for getting this fixed.
