Cancelling Membership Glitch?

My account has been charged the other day for a months worth of membership, which Is strange because I had only purchased a month a long while ago. Upon going to cancel the membership, I cannot find the button in my accounts, I've been told if there is no cancel button, then that means you no longer have the membership. But, it says under my account that the membership will be renewed 10/26/20. Is this just a glitch, or am I being charged with a membership still?
