can i recover my deleted characters and items(some done this to me)
I just logged in the first time in a while today ,then I found all of my characters were deleted completely. I do not know , may be somebody done this to me.so I change my passwords immediately. I spent a lot of time and money on my characters.Hoping me charaters can be recovered ,so do my items .

I am sorry to hear about your difficulties.
You ought to contact Kingsisle's Customer Support (I believe it's support@kingsisle.com) immediately. They have the power to recover deleted Wizards, and it is possible that they may be able to assist you here.
