it shows it taking my crowns for it and everything and chat box showed I bought it, but henchman was not there at all. it took my crowns and I did not even get the henchman in battle.

Oh no! That sounds very strange. If you can give us more details on where you were, when it was purchased, and which henchman it was that you purchased, that would be something we could investigate more. Also, were you with other people when this happened?
