So, I got the quest to defeat Taskmaster Djal (Krokotopia/Karhanan Barracks), but yet, when I go to where he's supposed to be, he's no where in sight. If there's something you have to do first, okay, then tell me, but if not, the quest is seriously bugged. I was even waiting all of last night waiting for him to appear, but he was a no-show. There were also a few other users that took a run by of the area, and even they said they hadn't seen him either. So, if anything, I know it's not my computer playing tricks on me or something. :(
