Today, after receiving my 431st page, I looked back at my badges page and it said 0/0, totally blank. I sent in a ticket, but am not really confident it will get resolved in short order.

Well after 3 days of being asked for information that was already in my original ticket, it finally got escalated to someone who may be able to fix it.
In the future it would be very helpful if CS actually read through the ticket so as to waste so much time asking for info they already have, no one likes to feel like they are getting the run around.
