Belloq's cheat is glitched.

Hello,
When I was fighting Belloq in Waterfront, I attacked him... yet he cheated...
According to Wizard101 Wiki,

""I thought you came here to hurt me!" - If Belloq does not take damage during a Round, he will interrupt-cast a 0-Pip Ra at the beginning of the next Round, which deals 1,540 ."
Is he glitched?

Are you sure he didn't use Ra himself instead of the cheat? You can tell if the dialogue showed up.

That's weird. I haven't fought Belloq yet but it should be a regular battle with damage cast every round. Maybe KI can see into this?

He did use his Cheat, he said what he says before using the Ra.
What happened was I wand hit him yet he interrupted, hitting Ra.
